Our responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly project management, engineering and technical support team provide on-site field service and troubleshooting support services 24 hours a day, year round, in order to help our clients when they need us the most.
We understand that keeping systems functioning properly and fully operational is of utmost importance, and our team can be counted on to lend critical support in this endeavor.
Our field service capabilities include troubleshooting the entire range of automated control systems, from the PLC hardware and software, including the HMI, down to control panel wiring and network troubleshooting, instrumentation, and/or any other equipment component included in the overall system architecture. Nor-Cal thrives on troubleshooting and finding the root cause of any system issue, and then assisting to ensure the system gets back to its’ healthiest state.
